Veterans Day Gala: Ties that Bind Us

The St. Regis Washington, D.C. (map)

Nearly a Century ago our beloved nation started honoring our veterans. Since the ending of WWI and the signing of the armistice, we have gathered together as a nation to show our gratitude to those who fought to protect our land, our freedom, and our rights. In the spirit of continuing this hallowed tradition the Academy of United States Veterans will host an elegant gala at the St. Regis Hotel in Washington D.C on November 11th, 2018. Ties that Bind Us will be the focus and title of our Veterans Day Gala. This extravagant evening is to honor our veterans and acknowledge Ties that Bind Us together as one nation. To celebrate those who protect our rights to expression, choice, and life by protecting our freedom and our country both at home and abroad, we roll out the red carpet for our Nation's finest. The evening will not only focus on the ties of veterans and their families while deployed, but also the ways that civilians, active duty service members, veterans and Americans alike are connected by shared desires, dreams, and aspirations.
