Verizon is recognized as the leading military friendly company and one of the best places to work for veterans. We value veterans for their training, discipline, leadership, dedication and experience supporting our country.
We recruit veterans as they transition from the military into a civilian career with Verizon. We support military hires from the beginning, including competitive salaries/performance-based incentives, full suite of benefits, adoption assistance, matching gifts program, platforms to show military pride, and military discounts. Our Veterans Advisory Board (VAB) Employee Resource Group (ERG) provides ongoing support, recognition and development of veteran employees from the time they’re hired.
